GTH Software, the R&D center of the SkillOnNet Group, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is highly recruitment-focused, with primary responsibility for hiring software development and R&D roles, and reports directly to the Head of HR. Key Responsibilities * End-to-end recruitment for software development roles * CV screening and candidate shortlisting * Managing and updating candidate data in the ATS * Conducting initial HR screening phone interviews * Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers * Accompanying candidates throughout all recruitment stages * Ensuring a high-level, professional, and personal candidate experience Additional Responsibilities * Supporting onboarding and employee experience initiatives * Assisting with HR operations and administrative processes * Supporting company events, engagement, and well-being activities * Collaboration with Office Management on HR-related operations Requirements * Proven recruitment experience – mandatory * Experience recruiting software/development roles – must * Experience in tech / high-tech companies – an advantage * High-level English (spoken and written) – must * Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Why Join Us?
