A leading company in central Israel is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer, or a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with strong system-level experience, to join a challenging and impactful project in a multidisciplinary engineering environment, developing advanced, high-technology systems. Role Responsibilities: * Leading system development processes across multiple engineering domains
– system architecture, mechanics, hardware, and algorithms * Defining, analyzing, and managing customer requirements and allocating them to sub-systems * Identifying, defining, and managing system interfaces * Managing requirements and design verification processes, including integration and testing activities * Matrix management of engineering teams and subject-matter experts across various disciplines * Working closely with defense-sector stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors * Leading design reviews, development milestones, and system-level tests Job Requirements: * B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Electrical Engineering -mandatory * M.Sc. in Systems Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
– advantage * At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering or in leading and developing complex multidisciplinary systems * Proven experience in development, integration, and delivery of high-technology systems * Strong system-level thinking, multidisciplinary understanding, and continuous learning ability * High level of independence, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team * Experience working with defense organizations and military systems
