Role: Lead the engineering definition and architecture of the company’s systems, bridging between different development domains and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and performance goals. This role requires a broad system-level perspective alongside hands-on engineering involvement. It is suited for an experienced candidate who can work across disciplines and lead complex engineering processes in a hands-on approach. Responsibilities: * Define system requirements and architecture for the company’s systems * Lead engineering decisions and perform trade-offs between different disciplines * Hands-on engineering involvement with development teams and support implementation of engineering solutions * Coordinate and integrate between electronics, software, mechanics, and algorithm teams * Technical management of system subcontractors * Write requirements and architecture documents * Write test and validation plans * Support integration processes and system testing * Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks * Solve complex system issues throughout the product lifecycle Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in system engineering for complex systems – חובה (mandatory) * Practical engineer or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – חובה (mandatory) * Over 5 years of experience in designing and editing electronic boards – significant advantage * Experience working with multidisciplinary systems including electronics, software, mechanics, and optics – significant advantage * Experience in defense projects / systems for harsh environmental conditions – significant advantage * Ability to define and write system requirements and architecture * Experience with integration processes and system testing * Ability to work in a multi-interface environment * Very high level of English proficiency
