Business & Systems Analyst (Emphasis on Systems Analysis) | Job #727619 This role requires strong hands-on experience in System Analysis, Including requirements definition and functional specifications. We are looking for a Business &Systems Analyst to join our Business Technology Solutions team within the IT & Operations Department. Role Definition * Lead business units through requirements analysis, solution design, and recommendation of optimal technological solutions. * Perform end-to-end (E2E) business process analysis (BPM), identify gaps, and drive efficiency improvements. * Write functional and non-functional specifications and support UAT definition in collaboration with IT teams. * Develop and implement methodologies, procedures, and documentation standards. * Drive organizational improvement initiatives, including identifying automation and AI opportunities with measurable business value. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – required. * At least three years of proven experience in Systems Analysis, business process mapping and analysis, and writing functional specifications
– required. * Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional processes. * Familiarity with project and change management methodologies. * Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, excellence models) – advantage * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and requirements management tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Strong System thinking with a solid understanding of business processes and system interfaces. * Strong analytical and systems thinking. * Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
