Join one of Israel’s leading insurance and finance companies, within the Technology Division- Customer Relations & Savings Systems Department. In this role, you will lead complex end to end technological projects, take part in designing advanced digital solutions, and work in a dynamic, multi- interface environment. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact core business processes and products, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and driving strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do: * Lead system analysis and end-to-end (E2E) project management of complex, cross-functional initiatives * Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements * Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications (User Stories) * Design process architecture, screens, and system interfaces * Work hands-on with APIs (REST), JSON, and Postman, including testing and integrations * Analyze current state and identify gaps against business requirements * Manage and prioritize development and QA backlogs * Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams throughout the entire product lifecycle * Coordinate and drive multiple internal and external stakeholders * Manage project timelines and deliverables through to production release * Drive and support the requirements gathering process while optimizing project workflows Requirements: * 4-5 years of experience as a System Analyst in multi-interface environments- Must * At least 3 years of experience managing end to end projects within large delivery teams- Must * Experience writing detailed technical specifications- Must * Hands-on experience with APIs (REST), JSON, and Postman- Must * Experience working with databases (SQL / MongoDB)- Must * Experience in Web and Mobile application analysis- Must * Experience working with development, QA, and UX teams- Must * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scope and timeline control- Must * Development background and understanding of system architecture- Advantage * Experience in the insurance or financial domain- Advantage * Relevant Bachelor’s degree- Advantage
