Join one of Israel’s leading insurance and finance companies within Technology Division, in the Actuarial and Investment Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new core system for managing investment assets, while working closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic and high-impact environment. You’ll take part in strategic technological initiatives that support critical financial operations and influence major organizational processes What You’ll Do: * Lead the analysis and design of a new system for managing investment assets * Work closely with the business stakeholders to collect requirements and guide system adoption * Define data processing flows and business logic * Design operational screens and dynamic reporting interfaces * Evaluate performance and ensure transparency through monitoring and investigation tools * Translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team * Manage version releases, production deployment, and user onboarding * Provide ongoing support post-deployment, including issue investigation and maintenance Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in complex, multi-interface environments- Must * Hands-on experience working directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements- Must * Proficiency in writing SQL queries (including joins)- Must * Experience with Python- An Advantage * Background in finance or investment systems- An Advantage * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant academic field- An Advantage
