Looking for a strong Dynamics 365 CRM System Analyst We’re hiring a System Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join a large, complex organization. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to bridge business processes and technology, and enjoys working in data-driven, multi-system environments. What we’re looking for: * 4+ years as a System Analyst on Dynamics 365 CRM * Strong experience writing functional & technical specifications * Solid SQL / SQL Server skills * Experience working on integrations (APIs / interfaces) * Experience working with complex business processes – big advantage What you’ll do: * Analyze and define business requirements * Design end-to-end CRM processes * Work closely with development, product & business teams * Lead system-related projects and improvements
