Bynet is hiring a System Administrator for a challenging role supporting and maintaining the Red Line Light Rail IT systems What your day will look like: Operate and maintain servers, operating systems, storage, and backup systems Perform proactive system health checks and updates Monitor servers and IT infrastructure Manage user accounts and permissions Escalate complex technical issues as needed Requirements: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in System / IT / Helpdesk roles Experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange (on-premises and 365), and Microsoft-based operating systems Experience working in virtualized environments (VMware) Familiarity with storage systems such as Nutanix Familiarity with backup software such as Commvault Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field Valid driver’s license Willingness to undergo security clearance
