We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we seek a Supply Chain Process & Improvement Specialist to join our Logistics team in Herzliya. Responsibilities: * Map end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory, fulfillment). * Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Serve as the point of contact between Logistics, other internal teams (Sales, R&D, Marketing, Finance), and external suppliers to manage communication and resolve process-related issues. * Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and workflow documentation. * Lead implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices within the logistics department. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational standardization. * Collect requirements, translate needs into actionable process flows, and ensure alignment across teams. * Work closely with analysts and automation teams to streamline processes and implement solutions. Requirements: * Academic background in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics / Supply Chain. * 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or process management. * Experience in process mapping tools or methodologies * Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. * Strong analytical skills, including experience with data tracking and reporting. * Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
