Your role will include: Responsibility for the welfare of students and post-doctoral fellows and addressing challenges that arise during studies and training, while maintaining close contact and coordinating work with administrative and academic bodies in the institution and institute, to create a supportive academic and research environment, including among other things: Providing counseling, guidance and assistance on personal, academic, social and financial matters Coordinating work with the social support system at the institute Handling learning disabilities and required academic accommodation Making the learning process accessible for special populations and people with disabilities Advancing diverse populations and coordinating special programs for them Skills and abilities Relevant bachelor’s degree (Social Work, Organizational or Educational Counseling, Education) – Required Master’s degree – Advantage Work experience in an academic institution – Required Relevant experience of at least 4 years – Required High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and oral – Required Native-level English – Significant advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work across multiple interfaces and handle several tasks simultaneously High-level service orientation and interpersonal communication skills Willingness to work beyond regular hours when necessary
