We’re Hiring | Environmental & Dynamics Engineer A leading organization in the defense and advanced engineering sector is seeking an Environmental & Dynamics Engineer to join a professional team working on complex airborne and ground systems. About the Role The role focuses on environmental and dynamic analysis, combining simulations, testing, and system-level evaluation to ensure products meet demanding operational and environmental requirements. Key Responsibilities * Perform dynamic analyses using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools to assess environmental conditions such as vibration, shock, and other dynamic loads. * Conduct modal analyses of airborne systems to evaluate dynamic characteristics, including natural frequencies and mode shapes. * Research and implement new methods and models for assessing unique environmental conditions. * Plan, support, execute, and analyze dynamic tests (vibration, pyrotechnic shock, acoustics, etc.). * Support system-level flight tests, analyze measurement data, and apply results to project environmental requirements. * Define environmental requirement specifications for airborne and ground equipment and support qualification and certification processes. Requirements * B.Sc. in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering – mandatory * M.Sc. / Ph.D. – an advantage * At least 3 years of experience in dynamics, structural analysis, or experimental testing – mandatory * Engineering programming experience (Python, MATLAB) – mandatory * Ability to take ownership and lead tasks independently * Strong ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders * Experience with Patran / Nastran – an advantage * Knowledge in signal processing and stochastic processes (vibration, shock) – an advantage * Familiarity with environmental engineering standards (MIL-STD-810 or equivalent) – an advantage Why Join?
