About the Role Herzog Fox & Neeman is seeking a corporate associate to join our Tier-1 Hi-Tech Department, advising the most innovative companies in the Israeli and global technology ecosystem. Our team works closely with founders, management teams, boards, and investors, from company formation and early-stage financing through late-stage venture rounds and cross-border M&A. We represent both high-growth technology companies and the venture capital funds and strategic investors that support them. As part of the team, you will get credit and visibility, and work directly with partners and clients on complex, market-shaping transactions across sectors such as Generative AI, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, Fintech and DefenseTech. What You Will Do
• Serve as a trusted legal and strategic advisor to founders and executives, with exposure to business considerations.
• Advise startups and growth companies throughout their lifecycle, including formations, venture financings, exits and ongoing matters.
• Lead and manage key aspects of VC and M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating principal deal documents.
• Work on sophisticated cross-border matters involving leading global investors and acquirers. Who We Are Looking For
• Experience: 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, VC, and/or M&A work at a leading law firm in Israel.
• Transactional Skills: Experience drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, including financing agreements, and advising on corporate governance.
• Judgment & Ownership: Ability to manage matters with increasing independence while knowing when to collaborate and escalate.
• Education & Qualification: Strong academic background; dual qualification (e.g., New York Bar) is an advantage but not required.
• Language: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Approach: Commercially minded, curious about clients’ businesses and technologies, and motivated to build long-term client relationships. Why Herzog
