Overview SodaStream is looking for a bold, visionary Global Head of PR to shape and elevate the voice of a brand that’s disrupting the beverage industry and championing sustainability. In this high-impact leadership role, you will lead the global PR strategy, deliver earned media success, and bring to life our purpose-driven mission to help the world “Drink Better.” From breakthrough PR campaigns to executive visibility and crisis response, you’ll be at the center of how we tell our story

Responsibilities * Strategic Leadership: Lead an integrated global PR strategy aligned with the business goals and the Drink Better brand positioning and execute it with your team. * Brand Communications: * Lead and implement a global PR calendar, from new product launches to bold and provocative campaigns, to deliver earned media and empower consumers to drink better. * Translate the importance of sustainability for SodaStream and our efforts to replace single-use plastic into clear, compelling narratives for media and consumers, in strong partnership with the Global Sustainability Lead, the Pep+ team and Legal. * Corporate Communications: Build a corporate SodaStream profile through media opportunities, speeches and high-profile events for the CEO, SGLT members and yourself. * Reputation Management: Proactively manage brand and corporate reputation, develop risk mitigation strategies, and lead rapid response during crises or sensitive events. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and lead a cross-functional team with global marketing categories, Legal and HR to ensure consistent and aligned messaging globally & advise key markets in strengthening their local PR plans. * Agency & Team Leadership: Create a best-in-class PR set-up, identifying the best global PR agency partner and establish a strong partnership with the global PepsiCo PR team and their global PR agency. * Measurement & Reporting: Build a best-in-class reporting tool to evaluate and improve ROI of PR activities globally and in key markets and ensure the implementation of learnings across all markets. Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or brand reputation management
– preferably in FMCG or consumer brands. * Proven global experience with an understanding of regional media landscapes and cultural nuances. * Demonstrated success in crisis communications and reputation management at scale. * Strong media network across business, trade, lifestyle, and digital platforms. * Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. * Experience managing global agencies & working with cross-functional teams. * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Can guide teams and executives through high-stakes, high-visibility situations.
