We’re looking for a highly creative, data-driven Social & Marketing Specialist to own our social presence end-to-end and drive engagement and brand impact. This role plays a key part in shaping our social channels and building a strong, active community across global markets. ============================= Key Responsibilities: * Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms * Own all social channels end-to-end: content planning, publishing, and performance tracking * Optimize posts and campaigns for maximum engagement and audience growth * Build and maintain a strong, active trading community that drives ongoing conversations * Develop content and experiences that connect users emotionally to the brand * Initiate ideas that encourage user participation, dialogue, and long-term loyalty. * Lead organic initiatives such as webinars, educational events, and special campaigns * Coordinate messaging, content, visuals and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution. * Work closely with brand managers, PPC specialists, content writers, podcast teams, and the design studio. * Track social performance using analytics to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
