Social Media Manager (Maternity Leave Cover + Option for Extension) Airport City | Hybrid (1 day remote) We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join the Columbia retail network for a maternity leave replacement, with the potential for extension. What you’ll do: * Manage and maintain the brand’s social media channels on a daily basis * Create and write engaging organic content across platforms * Develop digital concepts and social media strategies * Handle customer interactions and community management * Collaborate with influencers and content creators (UGC-focused partnerships) * Plan, produce, and manage content shoot days Requirements: * At least 1 year of experience in social media management and influencer collaborations ( חובה ) * Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking * Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines * Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, including trend identification and implementation * Fluent English (written and spoken) Nice to have: * Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc. * Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
