• time We're looking for an experienced SMS Account Manager to join our team. You'll be the primary point of contact for our SMS clients, helping them maximize campaign performance while managing carrier relationships and route optimization. What you'll do Manage a portfolio of SMS marketing clients and serve as their primary contact Monitor and optimize SMS campaign performance, deliverability, and ROI Maintain and develop relationships with SMS carriers and aggregators Advise clients on best practices for SMS marketing, compliance, and list management Coordinate with the engineering team on route quality issues and improvements Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for clients Onboard new clients and guide them through platform setup What we're looking for Minimum 1 year of hands
• on experience in the SMS marketing industry Understanding of SMS routing, A2P messaging, and carrier ecosystems Experience managing client relationships in a B2B environment Strong analytical skills
• comfortable working with campaign data and metrics Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Self
• motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting Nice to have Experience with SMS aggregators or direct carrier connections Knowledge of US 10DLC, toll
