Job Description The Service Desk provides technical support for remote users and processes via incoming calls, chat, and self-service tickets. Working days & hours: Sunday – Thursday, 7:30 – 17:00 on 9 hours shift Locations: Tela Aviv Job Requirements: Experience * At least 1-2 years' technical support experience in medium/large organization * Working with ServiceNow (ticketing and knowledge) * Customer service oriented PC Support * PC troubleshooting: Windows OS, Office 365, drivers… * Printers support (mapping, printer queue…) * Basic network troubleshooting (Wi-fi, LAN, VPN) Mobile devices support * Managing and configuring Mobile devices * Troubleshooting * Experience in iOS environment User support * Active Directory / Identity management * Permissions Conference * Meeting room – operation and basic troubleshooting Operation * ServiceNow ticket management (Incident & Request) * ServiceNow knowledge management & documentation * Working with define SLA and KPI's * Languages Hebrew – Native language; English – High level of speaking and writing About Tata Consultancy Services Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys for over 50 years.
