To support our growth and strengthen our service operations, we are looking for a Service & Customer Administrator to join our team in Israel. Location Grohe Israel, Yitzhak Rabin 1, Petah Tikva – Global Towers, Building A, 19th Floor Your Impact In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations for our Service Department by managing customer calls, coordinating technicians, overseeing logistics and inventory, and providing reliable administrative support. You will also play a vital role in maintaining service continuity by acting as backup for the Call Center when needed. What You’ll Do * Lead call center operations, managing incoming calls (70–150 daily), tickets, outbound calls, and customer complaints * Assign service calls to technicians, follow up on open tickets, and coordinate appointments with customers * Oversee inventory and warehouse setup, ensuring stock accuracy and proactively identifying shortages or obsolete items * Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, expediting orders and resolving delivery issues * Manage supplier invoices and support the team with day-to-day administration * Act as liaison between call center and field agents, ensuring service continuity during absences What You’ll Need * Experience in customer service call centers * Strong background in administration and logistics * Industry experience in sanitary or consumer goods (advantage) * Proficiency in SAP (advantage) * Fluent in English and Hebrew * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities * Calm, patient, service-oriented, and reliable team player What We Offer * Permanent contract * Meal vouchers, transportation allowance, and comprehensive family health insurance * Office-based role in a close-knit, supportive team environment * Opportunity to contribute across multiple areas and help grow our office in Israel * A collaborative culture where initiative, feedback, and service improvement are valued
