• Sales Support: Collaborate with the VP Partnerships to understand partner and customer requirements, provide technical expertise during the sales process Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase Justt’s solutions to prospective partners Develop and present customized solutions that address specific partner challenges and objectives Partner & Customer Onboarding: Lead the technical implementation of Justt’s solutions for new partners & clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems Provide training and support to partners & clients to ensure they fully understand and can effectively utilize our solutions Work closely with clients to identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the onboarding process Internal Collaboration: Work across functional teams, including product management, operations, customer support and engineering, to ensure client & partner needs are met and exceeded Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials to support both clients and internal teams Produce scope of works and project manage their fulfillment Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Solution Engineering, Pre
