The Senior Sales B2B – Fragrances is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the company’s footprint within Israel’s fragrance, cosmetics, home care, and personal care industries. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience selling fragrances in the Israeli market, with strong relationships across local manufacturers and brands. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and margin targets. * Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in fine fragrance, personal care, home care segments. * Expand the customer base by targeting manufacturers, distributors, and brand owners in Israel. Account Management * Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and product development teams. * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, presentations, quotations, and contract negotiation. Product & Market Expertise * Collaborate with evaluators, perfumers, and marketing teams to present fragrance solutions tailored to customer needs. * Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities in Israel. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of projects. * Lead fragrance submissions, sampling, and launch support initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements * Minimum 5 years of proven experience selling fragrances in Israel (fine fragrance, personal care, home care, or related categories). * Existing network and established customer relationships in the Israeli fragrance/beauty industry. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus). * Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken). * Ability to travel within Israel and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Understanding of fragrance development, brief handling, and submission processes is an advantage.
