We are looking for a Senior Product Line Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. • value outbound marketing and technical product marketing collateral, articulating key advantages and value propositions. Develop demonstration vehicles (demos) articulating the differentiating value of our solutions. Develop pricing guidelines, margin analysis, and forecasts to establish competitiveness and profitability in support of financial goals and revenue planning. Collaborate with sales and business development to support win key customers. Represent NewPhotonics at key industry events as a corporate leader and subject matter expert. Brief top industry press analysts and investors on product strategies, competitive advantages, and industry trends. Cultivate key partnerships with primary ecosystem suppliers of adjacent components and solutions, including lasers, TIAs, drivers, and microcontrollers. Requirements: Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related field (MBA is a plus). At least 5 years of relevant work experience in product management, product marketing, applications engineering roles, with experience driving semiconductor products to volume production. Detailed market and technical knowledge of the semiconductor industry with an end
• to
• end understanding of all aspects of semiconductor chip marketing. Experience in optical communications, silicon photonics, or pluggable transceiver product management. OSFP, QSFP
• DD, or related optical module architectures. Understanding of transceiver design tradeoffs: link budgets, power, thermal, signal integrity and manufacturing flows for photonic integrated circuits (PICs) a strong advantage. Solid understanding of communication systems, data center operations, and telecom networks vendor space, especially as it relates to silicon photonics and/or related optical technologies. Experience in leading product positioning and technical marketing discussions with worldwide networking and optical module OEMs and Tier 1 companies to translate future project requirements into product definitions. Experience driving products through the full development cycle, from business case/definition through development, design
• in, production, and EOL cycles. Experience building and owning budgets, forecasts, and providing strategic insights based on key performance metrics. Ability to thrive in a fast
• paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities, and satisfaction in being accountable for accomplishing results quickly and accurately.
