Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer with strong experience in electronic assemblies and enclosures. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to lead complex projects from concept to production, contributing directly to innovative, high-impact solutions. Requirements: * B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience. * Proven experience in electronic enclosures / assemblies is mandatory. * Experience in the defense/military industry is a strong advantage. * Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and PDM; familiarity with MIL-STD-8
10. * Strong problem-solving skills, fault analysis, accuracy, and attention to detail. * High-level English and excellent communication skills; able to work independently and in a team. * Curiosity, creativity, and fast learning ability. Responsibilities: * Develop and lead mechanical assemblies in collaboration with hardware engineers. * Design structures and enclosures for products compliant with MIL-STD-810 (airborne and ground systems). * Create detailed part and assembly drawings in SOLIDWORKS. * Support manufacturing and assembly processes, including coordination with suppliers in Israel and abroad. * (Advantage) Thermal, cooling, and optical design of systems.
