Responsibility What you will do? * End-to-end development of MIND's agent (research, tech spec, development, testing, rollout, and monitoring) * Drive tech decisions via tech spec and code reviews * Work closely with Product, Frontend, Backend, and DevOps to deliver deep technological enablers * Lead projects and mentor new team members Requirements What should you bring to the table? * 10+ years of experience with Windows low-level engineering * Hands-on experience with Windows drivers * Deep knowledge of Windows kernel and internals (WinAPI, WDM, ETW, etc.) * Experience with debugging and testing in Windows (WinDbg) * Strong collaboration and communication skills
