Role Description We are a young, profitable startup experiencing strong growth and expanding our engineering team. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who wants to play a key role in building our systems, improving development processes, and helping shape the future of our platform. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership. You will work closely with a team lead while mentoring junior developers and helping establish strong engineering standards as the team grows. What You’ll Do * Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications * Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features * Help define development processes, coding standards, and best practices * Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback * Mentor and guide junior developers * Contribute to architectural and technical decisions as the platform evolves What We’re Looking For * At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer * Strong experience with React and Node.js (required) * Experience with TypeScript * Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL * Experience using GitHub, including creating and reviewing pull requests * Experience with AWS or GCP (GCP experience is a plus) * Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality * A collaborative mindset and interest in helping teammates grow Nice to Have * Experience with PHP * Experience with Svelte * Experience working in startup or fast-growing environments
