As the Senior Director of BD, Marketing and Sales at UVision you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for our products and services in the international markets Your expertise in the defense industry will be critical in helping us achieve our business objectives. Role description: * Developing the business in the target countries * Creating long-term partnerships with 3rd party local partners * Dominating the opportunities in the target countries and developing the pipeline. * Understanding the country programs and budgeting * Leading complicated solutions and response to RFIs/RFPs * Accountability for achieving your NB targets * Planning and executing winning strategy for each lead Requirements: * At least 7 years experience in defence marketing and sales roles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with preparing marketing and sales proposals and providing effective and tailor-made solutions for complex technologies customers * Willingness to travel internationally as required * In-depth knowledge of defense industry regulations and export controls * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets * Familiarity with UAV's or Loitering Munition is a plus * Technical knowledge in the specified sectors * Proven track record in the defense market – MUST!!! * Relevant bachelor's degree
