As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll own our production platform end-to-end and shape how we build, ship, and operate software at scale. This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership and influence. Your decisions will directly impact reliability, security, and developer experience as we grow. What You’ll Do * Own production end-to-end
– design, build, deploy, operate, and support our cloud infrastructure and production systems * Lead and evolve our AWS platform, Kubernetes and/or serverless architecture, and CI/CD pipelines * Drive reliability, scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and security best practices across the platform * Lead incident response, on-call rotations, and postmortems, setting the operational standard * Partner with R&D to ensure strong architecture, production readiness, and an excellent developer experience through tooling and automation Requirements: * 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Platform experience in production * Experience operating scalable, highly available customer-facing systems * Strong AWS experience (infrastructure, networking, deployments) * Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines and production operations * Experience with on-call, incident response, and postmortems * Security-minded infrastructure and operational practices * Strong execution mindset and ability to work closely with engineering teams Must Have * AWS + Docker * Kubernetes and/or serverless * CI/CD + monitoring (Datadog or similar) * Python or TypeScript Nice to Have * Helm, event-driven systems (queues/pub-sub), API gateways * Large-scale CI/CD and developer platform tooling
