As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Docomotion product (an advanced document generation application acquired by Novidea), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth. What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads.
• Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
• Research and identify potential customers and key decision
• makers.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage with target prospects.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and customer information.
• Utilize LinkedIn for prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and Docomotion’s product offerings. What You Bring
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Must
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Must
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and networking
• Must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self
• motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time
• management skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
