We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead complex release processes for a leading banking application. If you thrive in an Agile environment and have a passion for coordinating end-to-end delivery in large-scale organizations, this is for you! You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and leading release cycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies. This includes guiding development and QA teams from end-to-end, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and strict banking regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives). * Release Management: Coordinate the full release lifecycle—from planning to production—working closely with business stakeholders. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with R&D, QA, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams. * Obstacle Removal: Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and drive solutions. * Monitoring & Control: Oversee budget, scope, and quality metrics. * Process Improvement: Continuously implement and refine planning and control processes. Requirements: * 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Manager. * 4+ years of experience in Digital Release Management – Must. * Proven experience supporting R&D and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment – Must. * Experience working within a Large Enterprise – Must. * Experience in the Financial/Banking sector – Significant Advantage. * Experience with digital systems/mobile applications – Significant Advantage. * Relevant Academic Degree (Information Systems/Computer Science/Engineering) – Advantage. * Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM) – Advantage. Who You Are: * A systemic thinker with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. * Highly organized, proactive ("Rosh Gadol"), and capable of executing under pressure. * Flexibility: Ability to work non-standard hours (Production deployments often occur in the evening).
