Description SUMMARY Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers. Key Responsibilities * Learn company products, services, and target markets through training * Support senior sales team members with account management and customer communication * Identify and prospect new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking * Conduct basic needs assessments and assist in preparing quotes and proposals * Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries in a timely manner * Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM systems * Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, customer service) to support order execution * Participate in ride-alongs, training sessions, and ongoing coaching * Gradually take ownership of smaller accounts as experience grows * Work toward achieving individual activity and sales goals Requirements/Qualifications Education: * Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent experience Experience * 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus) Specific Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities * Strong written and oral communication. * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Time management. * Systems analysis. * Mathematical and deductive reasoning. * Critical thinking.
