TSG Group, a publicly traded defense high-tech company, is hiring a Sales Executive with a strong technological orientation! Role Description: * Development and management of sales opportunities in the Contact Center domain. * Managing customers throughout an end-to-end consultative sales process, involving complex sales cycles and exposure to innovative technologies. * Conducting professional, business-oriented discussions with enterprise customers, with a solid understanding of business needs and technological capabilities (this is not a technical role). * Close collaboration with internal technology and business stakeholders, including Presales, Project Managers, and other teams. * Presenting Contact Center / CCaaS solutions at a conceptual level. * Managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, and meeting sales targets. * Expanding activity with existing customers and driving business growth. Job Requirements: * 1.5–3 years of experience in B2B technology sales, or in related roles such as Customer Success, SDR, or Account Coordinator. * Strong technological orientation with the ability to understand SaaS solutions. * Basic familiarity with the Contact Center ecosystem (Omni-Channel, IVR, Routing, Cloud, Integrations). * Ability to conduct professional conversations with technologically oriented customers. * High learning ability and quick understanding of complex solutions. * Fluent Hebrew and English. Advantages: * Familiarity with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys Cloud. * Experience working with mid-size to large enterprise customers. * Experience in consultative / solution selling. * Experience working with Contact Centers, Customer Service, or CX departments.
