• Develop and implement a territory business plan aligned with AstraZeneca’s strategic goals.
• Identify gaps in the patient's journey, optimize resource utilization, and drive growth.
• Leverage customer insights, market data, and analytics to shape strategies.
• Analyze sales targets and flag challenges in patients' journeys as needed.
• Manage budgets effectively across all relevant territories. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with oncologists and healthcare providers.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience:

• Proven results in pharmaceutical sales, with oncology experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cancer care pathways, treatment guidelines, and healthcare systems.
• Skills:
