Position Description: * Managing and leading IT teams, including defining workflows, standards, and methodologies. * Conducting technical assessments, surveys, and system mapping, and writing technical and professional recommendations for company clients. * Planning and monitoring the company’s infrastructure, including cloud services, internal systems, and information security. * Collaborating with the marketing and sales departments to tailor products and solutions to client needs. * Identifying and implementing new technologies that support business growth and maintain a competitive edge. Job Details: * Full-time position at the company’s offices in Petah Tikva. * Availability for travel across the country as needed. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and strategic individual with the ability to solve complex technological problems, demonstrating high commitment to growth and technological innovation. Requirements: Education and Experience: * At least 7 years of hands-on experience in senior technological management roles within IT companies, including experience with computing services and information security. Technical Skills: * In-depth knowledge in areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud solutions (Azure), and virtualization. * Expertise in cybersecurity systems, including SIEM, DLP, and risk detection and management solutions. * Experience with firewall systems (Fortigate, Check Point, Sophos). * Experience with EDR/MDR systems. * Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 platform and its various components. Managerial Skills: * Leadership capabilities and experience in managing multidisciplinary technology teams. * Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment while maintaining prioritization. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including presenting technologies to clients and stakeholders. Languages: * Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Advantages: * Experience working with SMB clients and adapting technological solutions to their needs. * Previous work experience in service companies within the business sector. * Familiarity with information security regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
