^^משרה זו נלקחה מ Career^^מנהל/ת תוכניות חוסן תחומי אחריות:
• תכנון, ניהול וביצוע של תוכניות תמיכה ורווחה נפשית ממוקדות לקהילת חיילי מילואים עולים, זוגות נשואים ובני משפחותיהם.
• בניית מענים מותאמים לאתגרים הנפשיים הייחודיים של חיילים עולים, במהלך השירות ולאחריו.
• יכולת עבודה אל מול גורמים ממשלתיים/ רשויות מקומיות, מוסדות בריאות ועוד
• ניווט מושכל במערכת בריאות הנפש הישראלית: הכרות עם שירותים ציבוריים ופרטיים, זיהוי פערים והנגשת שירותים לעולים.
• שימוש מיטבי במשאבים מקומיים: גיוס אנשי מקצוע, מתנדבים, וגורמים קהילתיים לביצוע תוכניות בשטח.
• מעקב אחר התקדמות התוכניות והכנת דוחות איכותיים לתורמים ולבעלי עניין דרישות התפקיד:
• עברית ברמת שפת אם ואנגלית ברמה גבוה( דיבור וכתיבה)
• תואר ראשון חובה, תואר שני בתחומים רלוונטיים (פסיכולוגיה, בריאות הציבור , עבודה סוציאלית)
• יתרון.
• ניסיון מוכח בניהול פרויקטים חברתיים או טיפוליים, עדיפות עם אוכלוסיות עולים.
• כישורי ארגון גבוהים, יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות, ויכולות תקשורת בין
• אישית מעולות.
• היכרות מעמיקה עם משרדי הממשלה/רשויות מקומיות והבנה של מנגנוני העבודה מולם

Developing tailored interventions addressing the unique mental health challenges faced by immigrant miluim soldiers, both during and after their military service. Ability to manage partnerships with government entities, medical institutions, health funds, and other relevant organizations. Effectively navigating the Israeli mental health system: familiarity with public and private services, identifying service gaps, and improving accessibility for immigrants. Optimally utilizing local resources, including recruiting professionals, volunteers, and community stakeholders to deliver programs in the field. • written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a relevant field (psychology, public health, social work) is an advantage. Proven experience in managing social or therapeutic programs, preferably with immigrant populations. Strong organizational skills, strong logistics skills, ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and excellent interpersonal communication. In
