A global, technology-driven manufacturing company is looking for an experienced R&D Team Lead to join a key role combining hands-on hardware development with team leadership and end-to-end product ownership. This is a high-impact position, leading new and existing product development — from concept through prototyping and NPI to mass production — while working closely with cross-functional teams and international customers. Location: Kiryat Gat (on-site) Company car included Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team (Hardware + Mechanical) * Own end-to-end product development: concept, specs, design, prototype, testing, NPI & production transfer * Manage complex development projects: timelines, resources, milestones & risks * Hands-on hardware design with a strong focus on PCB design * Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product, Marketing & Sales * Participate in customer-facing technical discussions when needed * Ensure compliance with engineering documentation, quality standards and regulations * Drive continuous improvement, design reviews and measurable working methodologies Requirements * B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering * 6+ years of hands-on hardware development experience * Strong background in end-to-end PCB design * Experience with Analog/Digital embedded integration * Knowledge of EMC/EMI, DFM/DFT * Proven experience in Concept-to-Market, including NPI and production transfer * Previous experience leading hardware / multidisciplinary development teams * Full proficiency in Altium Designer (schematics, layout, libraries, BOM, production files) * Strong project management and excellent communication skills
