The Job Description We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to: * Drive projects from idea → reality → delivered product * Navigate between Engineering, HW/SW Development, Production, Sales & Customer Support * Keep multiple moving parts aligned (even when they don’t want to be) * Stay hands-on, while still seeing the big picture * Turn “this might be a problem” into “handled.” You’ll Probably Enjoy This If You: * Like fast-paced environments where things actually move * Don’t panic when priorities shift (you expect it) * Can manage complexity without overcomplicating things * Are as comfortable in a meeting room as you are diving into details * Know how to lead and also roll up your sleeves when needed What You Bring * 5+ years of Project Management experience (multidisciplinary / R&D environment) * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical Engineering * Strong working knowledge of MS Office (MS Project included) * High-level English Big Advantage If You Also Have * Background in the UAV industry * Technical + managerial hybrid mindset The Kind of Person Who Succeeds Here Detail-oriented but not rigid.
