Job Description:
• Organizing, leading, and participating in recruitment processes.
• Managing and coordinating acceptance committees, including publication and implementation of decisions.
• Developing and implementing new recruitment channels while maintaining existing ones; identifying and leveraging social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Conducting targeted candidate searches using organizational databases and recruitment tools, including platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Initiating, identifying, and approaching potential candidates (Head Hunting).
• Providing support and backup to team members within the unit.
• Reporting to: Deputy Head of Administrative & Technical Staff Recruitment. Position Requirements:
• Academic degree.
• At least two years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience working with recruitment tools and information systems, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience conducting in‑depth interviews.
• Experience in social media recruitment.
• Strong command of English.
• Advantage: Experience in active sourcing / headhunting. Scope: Full‑time (100%), temporary replacement position for approximately 10 months.
