Hiring: Talent Acquisition Lead / Recruitment Lead @ Peak We are looking for a powerhouse Talent Acquisition Lead to join us at Peak! About the Role At Peak, we don’t just "fill seats." We build the foundation of our company’s growth. In this position, you will wear multiple hats: * Process Architect: You will design, implement, and optimize our end-to-end recruitment strategies and workflows to ensure a world-class candidate experience. * Mentor & Leader: You will guide and empower our recruiting team, sharing your expertise and helping them level up their sourcing and interviewing skills. * Hands-on Recruiter: You’ll stay close to the field, managing full-cycle recruitment for our most strategic and technical roles. * Strategic Partner: You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to align talent acquisition with Peak’s business goals. What You’ll Bring * Experience: Proven track record in Tech Recruitment (Agency or In-house), with a deep understanding of the high-tech ecosystem. * Leadership Skills: Experience in mentoring or leading recruiters – you know how to inspire others and drive results. * Operational Mindset: You love data, ATS optimization, and building scalable hiring machines. * Execution Power: You are a "doer" who isn't afraid to dive into sourcing and complex negotiations. * Communication: Fluent English and Hebrew, with the ability to tell Peak’s story in a compelling way.
