Source candidates through various channels : LinkedIn, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing tools. Write and post job ads / descriptions on relevant platforms. Screen resumes / CVs, conduct phone / video / in
• person interviews, assess technical skills and cultural fit. Manage full recruitment process: scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, negotiating offers, closing candidates. Maintain candidate database, ensure data integrity, and track recruitment metrics. Provide regular reporting on hiring status, pipeline, etc. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Assist with onboarding and professional handover to HR & hiring managers.
