About The Role Impact Property Solutions is seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This pivotal role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles, including hourly warehouse and administrative positions, mid-level salaried professionals, and sales professionals within the flooring and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruiting strategies, workforce dynamics in skilled trades, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will play a key role in ensuring we attract and retain the best talent to support our company’s growth and operational excellence. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of three years of recruiting experience, ideally within flooring, construction, or sales environments, is required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and others is essential. Prior experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms is a plus. Candidates should have experience recruiting across multiple states within the United States and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities * Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a range of roles, including hourly warehouse and administrative staff, mid-level professionals, and sales representatives. * Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. * Post job openings on various platforms, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection processes. * Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, professional interactions, and transparent updates. * Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage offer processes efficiently. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidates and recruitment processes within our applicant tracking system (ATS). * Leverage industry knowledge and sourcing tools to identify and attract high-quality candidates. * Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and employment laws. * Support onboarding and pre-employment procedures to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. * Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
