AVT is a technology-driven manufacturing company developing and delivering advanced products to customers worldwide. We are looking for a sharp, independent, and hands-on Quality Manager to take full ownership of our quality strategy across products, service, development, suppliers and cross organizational projects. Position Summary As the company’s Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance across the organization, with a focus on product and service quality, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a strategic and operational role that requires strong process orientation, technical understanding, and the ability to work closely with all units including R&D, Service, Ops etc. Key Responsibilities * Manage and improve quality processes across product development, production, field service, and supply chain * Own all aspects of customer-facing quality – including service complaints, failure investigations, and corrective actions * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), lead structured problem-solving (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys), and implement preventative measures * Define and lead the company’s quality vision, ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards (primarily ISO 9001) * Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, Customer Support, and Suppliers to ensure quality is built into every stage * Lead internal and external audits and maintain quality documentation and procedures * Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms for continuous improvement and executive visibility * Build a culture of quality through training, communication, and leadership by example Requirements * At least 5 years of experience in a quality leadership role in a manufacturing company * Experience with multidisciplinary products (e.g., mechanical + electronics + software)
– preferred * Technically fluent – able to engage with mechanical engineers, service teams, and suppliers on technical issues * Strong understanding of ISO standards, quality systems, and audit processes * Proven ability to build and improve cross-organizational processes * Self-starter with strong ownership, sharp thinking, and a proactive mindset * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to drive initiatives independently * Fluent in English and Hebrew
