Responsibilities * Serve as the primary quality interface with both customers and suppliers. * Support the Product Management team in failure analysis and FMEA processes. * Collaborate with Process Engineering to align manufacturing processes with customer requirements
– including development of control plans and quality plans. * Lead the product compliance process, ensuring compliance with customer specifications. * Take full responsibility for APQP/PPAP activities on both new projects and engineering change processes. * Oversee product testing programs in coordination with laboratories and ensure completion of certification. * Handle post-delivery quality processes, including customer complaints and supplier non-conformities
– ensuring quick and efficient responses. Qualifications * Degree or diploma in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Plastics Engineering. * Formal training in quality assurance methodologies. * Experience in the automation industry
– a must. OR Medical. * Familiarity with automation quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949). Required Skills * Strong English skills
– reading, writing and speaking. * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Practical experience with manufacturing processes, quality management software and ERP systems.
