About the position: * Conducting investigations, handling customer complaints, and CAPA follow-up * Validation, mappings, and calibrations * Monitoring procedures and conducting trainings Requirements: * Education in Quality Assurance and/or previous experience * Excellent familiarity and significant experience working with Ministry of Health procedures and GMP, GDP guidelines * Knowledge in writing and updating procedures
