A leading industrial company that develops and manufactures plastic products for the international market is seeking a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management, including supplier quality, quality control, failure investigations, and ISO processes. This role involves leading a team of four employees and ensuring continuous improvement in quality standards and processes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the quality department, overseeing a team of four employees. * Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards. * Oversee supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and corrective actions. * Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Lead and manage ISO certification processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. * Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to enhance product quality and efficiency. * Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. * Conduct training and awareness programs to enhance quality culture within the organization. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Quality Manager in an industrial/manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics industry. * Strong knowledge of quality control processes, supplier quality management, and ISO standards. * Experience leading a team and driving quality improvement initiatives. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and leadership abilities. * Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
