Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Construction Representative (QAR) Location: Near Be’er Sheva, Israel Contract: 2 Years | Start: Mid-January 2026 We are recruiting on behalf of a client delivering a defence-related construction project near Be’er Sheva. Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Construction Representative (QAR) to join the project team on a 2-year contract. Key Responsibilities * Provide on-site quality assurance oversight throughout construction activities * Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards * Review inspections, testing procedures, and quality documentation * Support construction management and ensure adherence to quality control processes Candidate Profile * Proven experience in industrial, power plant, government, or large-scale infrastructure construction * Strong background in quality assurance, contractor oversight, and construction management * Familiarity with the USACE Three Phase Quality Control Process or USACE ER 1180-1-6 is preferred, but not mandatory * Ability to work independently in a secure and regulated project environment Eligibility Requirement Due to contract requirements, applicants must be Israeli citizens.
