We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our team at a leading cellular retail network. This role is perfect for someone with hands‑on purchasing experience who wants to manage full procurement cycles
– not administrative support, but real, independent purchasing work Responsibilities * Full ownership of the purchasing process for products and accessories across our retail network * Managing suppliers: communication, orders, follow‑ups, price updates, and availability * Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring alignment with store needs * Managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and preventing shortages * Maintaining and updating product catalogs, item listings, and price lists * Preparing routine reports (inventory, pricing, supplier performance, sales trends) * Supporting store managers with product availability and stock requirements * Performing periodic stock counts and handling returns * Leading promotional item coordination between suppliers and stores Requirements * 1–4 years of hands‑on experience in purchasing / procurement –MUST * Experience working with suppliers in Israel (international suppliers – an advantage) * Strong Excel skills — must be able to work with formulas, VLOOKUP,Pivot * Experience working with an ERP system – advantage (Priority/SAP) * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Experience in retail / electronics / telecom – big advantage
