We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects in a dynamic and innovative defense company located in Yehud. Responsibilities: * Manage projects from initiation and planning through execution. * Oversee and control project budgets, including price quotations. * Plan, monitor, and initiate procurement requests based on spare parts inventory. * Collaborate with the production department according to work plans and multi-project vision. * Track, monitor, and report project progress against goals and timelines. * Drive engineering solutions to address quality and capacity gaps identified during production. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Logistics / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering – mandatory. * Knowledge and experience with information systems – mandatory. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing manufacturing projects (MRP) in electronics – mandatory. * Familiarity and proficiency with SAP (PP, PS modules) – advantage. * Strong skills in MS Office, MS Project, and Excel – advantage. * Experience with electronic systems – advantage. * High-level technical English – mandatory.
