Techmer, a subsidiary of MER Group, specializing in the development and manufacturing of military, defense, and tactical communication systems, is seeking a Project Manager for a meaningful and challenging role at the heart of the defense industry. The role involves end-to-end management of technical and engineering projects for mobile and deployable platforms, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, and leading complex project processes. the Job is located at Ashkelon! Key Responsibilities: * Support in building price quotations based on specifications and special requirements * Ongoing collaboration with Marketing and Engineering teams to gather project requirements and implement solutions * Preparation of work plans, including budget management and schedule control * Leading design reviews and customer meetings for project presentation and approval * Managing meeting summaries and follow-up on action items * Procurement tracking in coordination with the Production Planning department * Management of subcontractors and suppliers Requirements: * Proven experience managing technical / engineering projects – mandatory * Experience in defense companies or military environments – a significant advantage * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Experience working with military customers and suppliers * Strong understanding of engineering content within projects * Experience preparing technical specifications and bills of quantities (CDR, PDR) * Experience working with Priority, Agile, Visio, and MS Office (including Excel and MS Project) * Strong organizational and time-management skills * High-level English proficiency, including technical English
