About Ashtrom Renewable Energy: Ashtrom Renewable Energy operates as an independent power producer (IPP) and specializes in developing, financing, constructing, and operating large-scale renewable energy projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to lead strategic and large-scale projects in the energy sector, combining economic, financial, engineering, and operational aspects. Location: Israel Full-time position Willingness to travel to the U.S. Key Responsibilities: * End-to-end management of projects – from feasibility through development to full maturity * Overseeing the entire project development process * Performing comprehensive project analysis, including planning, contractual, financial, and budgeting aspects * Coordinating between technical, financial, regulatory teams and external suppliers * Managing project risks and leading quality assurance and control processes * Monitoring project timelines and ensuring alignment with business goals and milestones * Preparing and presenting regular reports to management in Israel and abroad Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the energy sector – required * Relevant academic degree in Law, Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – required * Proven experience in managing complex, global projects – required * Background in energy companies – Solar, Wind, Electricity, or other Renewable Energy sectors – required * Excellent English – written and verbal communication * Willingness to travel to the United States
