We are looking for a Project Manager to join the TAMAM plant in the MATH defense division. The position includes: * Leading a large multidisciplinary project team of development engineers in the fields of electro-optics, optics, mechanics, electronics, software, and systems engineering. * Driving and motivating employees while coordinating between all project stakeholders. * Managing work plans for all project components. * Overseeing decision-making processes and selecting suppliers. * Providing regular reports to plant management and the client. * Managing risks in a high-budget project throughout all stages. * Managing the project budget. What we’re looking for: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – required * Master’s degree in Systems Engineering – advantage * At least 3 years of project management experience – required * Experience working with suppliers and preparing contractual documents – required * Leadership skills, ability to motivate employees, and work with large teams – required Good to know: TAMAM is Israel’s Inertial Navigation Plant and a world leader in stabilized electro-optical systems. The plant develops a wide range of operationally proven products based on cutting-edge technology, used in airborne, space, land, and naval applications worldwide. Products designed, developed, and manufactured by the plant include aerial inertial navigation systems, land navigation systems, long-range electro-optical observation systems, advanced electronics such as artillery upgrades, gyro systems, accelerometers, and computerized calibration equipment. This role offers the opportunity to manage one of the plant’s flagship projects, with national importance for Israel’s security.
