Job Description: * Responsible for central planning, governance, control, and methodologies of the organization’s project management function. * Develop and implement solutions and tools for project planning and control. * Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management processes. * Adapt and implement project management and control tools. * Support and mentor project managers, build work plans, and track plan vs. actual performance. * Work closely with business and development units, leading and supporting annual and quarterly planning processes, and aligning tasks with strategic goals. * Identify and map process bottlenecks, and lead solutions to improve efficiency and shorten delivery timelines. * Closely support key projects, taking an active role in prioritization, identifying and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment with organizational targets. * Lead the adoption of Agile methodologies within development teams and drive continuous improvement of PMO practices. Requirements: * Proven experience in PMO roles within complex technological or engineering organizations (significant advantage for experience in large tech organizations). * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe / Scrum / Agile) in hybrid environments, and experience building annual and quarterly work plans. * High capability in data analysis, drawing insights, and presenting them clearly using data storytelling. * Proficiency in project management tools (advantage for Monday.com). * Creativity and proactiveness – ability to think outside the box and solve organizational bottlenecks beyond documenting the current state. * At least 4 years of experience in project management and control within technological environments. * Relevant education.
